First time microdosing, I’ve only used this 3-4x, doing one capsule every 3 days. I do feel like I’ve been able to think more clearly, see things from different angles, and remain calm. The first couple times I took a capsule, my head felt ‘’heavy’’ for a couple hours, but has since gone away since I’ve taken them a bit more regularly. Overall, I’m seeing positive effects mentally. The clarity and ability to see things in new light has been exactly what I’m hoping to gain from dosing. I also bought ceremonial tea, but haven’t used that yet. Will be buying again! ☺️
